I put the Lorac PRO Liquid Eyeliner pen to the test – anticipating major results! How did it measure up?
Let’s talk about eyeliner for a minute, specifically – the Lorac PRO Liquid Eyeliner. While I’m not the kind of girl to go over-the-top with a major cat-eye look, I do love me a good black liquid eyeliner. My favorite way to wear it? In a thin line across my upper lash line. To achieve this, precision is key and finding a nice nib to an eyeliner is a MUST.
After falling in love with Lorac’s PRO palette and eyeshadow primer, I felt I just had to give their eyeliner a try to tie everything together. I picked this up in early July and have been using it religiously ever since!
How long lasting is the Lorac Pro Liquid Eyeliner?
Hallelujah this lasts all day. While people rave about eyeliners like Stila’s ‘Stay-All-Day’…I have trouble with my eyeliner actually staying put all day. It can wear down and get blotchy. Who knows, maybe I blink more than the average bear?? Anywho – I apply this in the morning before work and it is every bit as great when I take if off at night. Win!
How about that nib and formula?
Oh I love the pen to this liquid eyeliner. It makes the easiest thin line, but also can be quickly built up for a more dramatic effect. The eyeliner applies evenly, too! So you don’t need to stress about going over areas because of weird funky dragging. There’s a nice “wetness” to it, but still with quite a bit of control. I dare say, you could be a complete liquid eyeliner noob and manage to create the perfect look with this eyeliner! You could also try an eyeliner stamp for great looking results.
Let’s talk price and retailers:
I think $23 for a miracle eyeliner is a good price. When counterparts like Tom Ford ring up at at a whopping $56 – it’s a steal, and every bit as good. Lorac is sold by our friends at Nordstrom, Ulta and of course – you can purchase directly from their website as well.
Okay, so the Lorac Pro Liquid Eyeliner comes in black. What about other colors?
Lorac offers a color selection that includes black, charcoal, brown and navy. So, depending on your complexion and eye color, there’s something for you!
Is Lorac’s eyeliner vegan and cruelty-free?
Yup! Thank goodness, right? No adorable bunnies have to suffer for this winning eyeliner.
Do I need this eyeliner in my life?
YES! Lorac is basically a triple threat for my eyes right now. Eyeshadow primer, check. Eyeshadow, check. Eyeliner? CHECK!
