I’m excited to share my new best friend today! Meet MAC’s Nordstrom Exclusive Eyeshadow Palette that is essentially the best thing to happen to eyeshadow all year. Sorry Urban Decay, you can keep your Smokey palette. I’m fine with this, thanks 😉

I picked up MAC‘s ‘Nordstrom’s Finest’ Eyeshadow Palette recently, and it’s literally been the only thing I’ve used on my ever eyes since. And, if I’m honest, I don’t see myself picking up something else for quite some time. We’re talking about the motherload of eyeshadow, with 15 full-sized shades, ranging from your classic mattes, golds, purples and even some very on-trend green eyeshadows.

MAC’s eyeshadow formula is second to none, making this 15-pan palette an absolute goldmine of eyeshadow. (Which is fitting, as coincidentally there is a fabulous shadow called Goldmine included with the palette.)

I’ve been super selective with eyeshadow purchases over the past year, making this eyeshadow palette the first I’ve caved and bought in a year. Yes, a whole year has gone by until I found a palette I couldn’t reason myself out of. Thing is, I started critically asking myself if I could do anything new with eyeshadow palettes that I couldn’t already do with what I had, and 99% of the time was no. That is, until MAC’s Nordstrom’s Finest palette came along, with a burst of inspiration for new eye looks aplenty!
