Ciao, fashionistas! Milan Fashion Week is getting ready to kick off with a full schedule of digital presentations through Monday, March 1!

Yes. I’m sure we all wished for the MFW Fall 2021 schedule to be business as usual, but safety comes first as the pandemic continues. Nonetheless, the schedule is packed with fashionable festivities everyday that you can safely enjoy from the comfort of your home!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A variance of editorial style videos as well as runway shows themselves – minus the guests of course. Each designer has their own preferred way of bringing their latest designs to life in this socially distanced format.

WHERE TO WATCH THE SHOWS:

Designers will debut their Fall 2021 collections both on their social media platforms (most commonly Instagram) as well as on their website. Vogue Runway will also be routinely updated with images from the latest presentations. Be sure to follow DreaminLace on Instagram as well for daily highlights! KEY SHOWS TO LOOKOUT FOR:

FENDI: Award winning Dior menswear designer Kim Jones is debuting his first womenswear ready-to-wear collection for Fendi on Wednesday, February 24! His couture debut in January was phenomenal and previewed great things to come. Can’t wait to see what he delivers.

PRADA: These days, all eyes are on Prada as Raf Simons settles in as co-creative director of the iconic Italian house. He and Miuccia Prada will unveil their fall ready-to-wear collection on Thursday, February 25.

GREAT OUTERWEAR: The fall collections always show fantastic outerwear options and the MFW Fall 2021 schedule features some of the strongest players in the game! Max Mara, Missoni and Salvatore Ferragamo are just a few collections destined to feature some lust-worthy coats!

AWARD SEASON OPTIONS: While the pandemic is prompting a lot of changes to the traditional award season, the Oscars are happening! My eyes will be on Valentino, Armani, Alberta Ferretti, Fendi and Blumarine for great eveningwear options we MIGHT see pop up on a star this award season.
