Today, I’m excited to share with you a special outfit of the day post, featuring BooHoo as part of their #WeAreUSA fashion campaign. Let’s go!
On Saturday, I braved the heat and humidity to sport some seriously chic pieces from BooHoo! (Honestly, it’s a miracle I didn’t completely melt into a puddle. The humidity was NO joke! ) Recently, BooHoo reached out to me to be a part of their fabulous #WeAreUSA campaign, and as a proud American I jumped at the chance! What’s not to love about America and fun pieces of clothes? Nothing!
I had a jolly ole’ time browsing their website, and picked up a gorgeous mint skirt, grapic ‘celfie’ tee and a faux leather trimmed jacket. What’s particularly great about BooHoo, is the variety of options they offer! When I think of BooHoo, I think of fantastic festival and bohemian fashion. It was great to discover the added bonus, though, that they have more ‘formal’ looks as well! Is formal the right word? I dunno. Basically, they offer a wide selection of items you could wear to work, to dinner, or basically anywhere. No matter what your style, you’ll find affordable pieces to style the perfect ootd.
What I Wore
BooHoo ‘Celfie’ Graphic T-Shirt
BooHoo Mint Ariana Full Midi Skirt
BooHoo Leather Trim Jacket
BCBG Generation Sandals (similar)
Fedora Hat – Ann Taylor LOFT (similar)
Michael Kors Saffiano Leather Tote
Kate Spade Initial Charm Bracelet
Ring – Gift from Mom
Pearl Bracelet – old
Lipstick: Russian Red by MAC
I had a lot of fun roasting away in my BooHoo pieces, which go together perfectly – but would also work well separately. One things for sure, the Celine inspired ‘Celfie’ graphic tee has many long afternoons in leggings ahead. (Because, OF COURSE my at-home uniform is leggings and a t-shirt.)
I’m also excited about the swing-iness of BooHoo’s skirt. It’s going to be a lot of fun swishing around town or the office in that. The mint color is absolutely gorgeous, (and just so happens to match my pedicure) but I think I’m going to have to go back and get the black one as well for a true staple I could wear anytime of the year.
The fedora I threw in to shield my wilting hairstyle, but I think it also ties the whole look together. A hat is often the perfect accessory, don’t you think?
A big thank you to BooHoo for including me in their campaign. And, of course, a HUGE thank you to you for taking the time to scroll the pictures and read this post. I had a lot of fun doing an ootd post, and look forward to sharing more in the future! On that note, I’m off to enjoy some fresh salad and a book I can’t get enough of called All the Bright Places. See you soon!!
