Given the year 2020 has been, I think we can all rejoice in the fact that the fall season is upon us! Yes, we’ve got just one season left to go before we can officially leave 2020 in the rearview mirror. Hallelujah for that encouraging detail.

Way back in February (a lifetime ago at this point), I shared a post highlighting COACH handbags for the spring season. To build on that, I thought we could have some fun taking a look at what they’ve got in the pipeline for fall. After all, nothing says you’re ready to embark on a new season quite like updating your handbag!!

The New York-based brand dips into their archives, reinventing classic favorites for the new decade. From the backpacks they made famous in the 1990s to a lunchbox design from the 1960s, the collection pays tributes to their heritage while ushering in a new decade.

Riley Lunchbox & Top Handle

Revisiting an old favorite from the 1970s, the COACH Riley Lunchbox is perfect for those days on-the-go. Perhaps my favorite of the COACH Fall 2020 handbags? The Riley Chain Clutch! Its sleek and refined design is equal parts stylish and functional. It has a ladylike top handles as well as a chain crossbody strap for versatile wear.

The Cashin Tote

Available in three sizes, the Cashin tote-bag is easily the most popular of the COACH Fall 2020 handbags – so far. The bag is a resurrected favorite from 1969 and is available in a favorite of classic tones as well as modern color-blocking that’s perfect for the new decade.

Turnlock and Carrie Backpacks

In addition to handbags, COACH has unveiled two backpacks styles for the Fall 2020 season. The traditional Turnlock style will seriously bring back those 1990’s vibes while the Carrie backpack includes a front-pocket for added storage.
