Greetings, style mavens! The haute couture season has been filled with exciting happenings — including the latest designs from the much beloved Georges Hobeika.

Last July, I was delighted when Georges Hobeika unveiled his Fall 2020 couture collection in his homeland of Lebanon. While the pandemic restricted travel to Paris and much of our normal way of life, the presentation was a triumph as well as a testament to Hobeika’s determination and love for the art of haute couture.

One year after executing a runway show at a time when others were not, George Hobeika’s passion for his craft continues.

Where last fall’s designs had a dramatic mystique, the Georges Hobeika Fall 2021 couture collection channels the 1960s mod era with sumptuous flare. It was this chapter in history’s pursuit of life and freedom that particularly inspired Hobeika and this lively spirit most definitely shines in his latest work.

The maison’s signature love of feathers and sparkling crystals decorate the Georges Hobeika Fall 2021 couture collection. As does an array of color! Seaside blues, cheerful yellows, a lush violet and romantic reds paint the colorful 45-look collection.

The Georges Hobeika Fall 2021 designs also play with mixed silhouettes, ranging from the most voluminous waves of organza to sleek crystalized trousers that are begging for a fun night on the town.

And of course, the Georges Hobeika Fall 2021 couture collection concludes with the traditional finale wedding gown. This season’s bridal look is so stunning, it provoked an audible gasp from as I watched the video presentation comfortably from home in the states. I dare say it might be his best yet!

If there is one thing the last year has taught us, it’s that art can and will thrive! And it’s a joy to see Georges Hobeika is truly a master of his craft who champions love, life and freedom.
