I want you to meet my new favorite dress. It’s red with a white lace collar – and cost only $15.

A friendly email found its way to me last month from a brand I had not yet discovered, TbDress. The site runs flash sales on all sorts of dresses – from cocktail to wedding – at seriously reduced prices. To satisfy my curiosity, I visited the website and was amazed at the wide selection of great dresses at dramatically low prices. Talk about a *jackpot* discovery. My eyes landed on this gorgeous red dress with a white collar and instantly I snatched it up for myself. I mean, how could I not? With a time clock clicking down, I simply couldn’t let it fall through my hands.

At such a price, you never really know. The question ‘is it too good to be true?’ starts circulating through my mind. Upon arrival though, I was very impressed with the quality and eager to discover even more major deals on TbDress.com. After all, I’m all about dresses. They’re chic, usually comfortable and a great way to pull together an outfit in a snap.

For its first outing, I wore this dress to work and the compliments came flooding in. No big surprise because I’d be sure to compliment anyone wearing it too. What’s not to love? And so, Friday I kicked-off my weekend by taking myself and my dress to the park for a little photoshoot. Despite a threatening forecast, the sun was shining and I managed to get a ton of shots in before a random alarm starting going off nearby sending us on our way.

This gorgeous park was a random discovery. I drove by it on my way to a work luncheon weeks ago and made a quick mental note to return one day for a photo shoot. Isn’t it beautiful?

I love discovering beautiful spots around the city, in neighborhoods that I don’t usually venture into. This park in particular seems to be a real hidden gem. It’s wedged between some large office buildings, seemingly in a neighborhood that’s really developed in recent years and become less ‘suburban’. So, we literally had the whole place to ourselves. #Winning

Also how adorable is that beautiful red handbag? That was a recent gift from my grandmother and seems like the perfect addition to my closet, guaranteed to get use over the holiday season. I was really excited when the dress came because it was the perfect excuse to use it straight away!
