Blogmas Day 11!
There’s nothing I love more than a mid-week night of pampering. No matter what the season, one thing that never goes out of style is taking time to love yourself. I dedicate one-two nights a week to this ritual, usually on a Wednesday or Thursday when I’m feeling the wear of daily stress and need to revive myself to last the remainder of the week. Follow along with me as I walk you through my festive night of nurturing and pampering myself. It’s time to get cozy!
I like to begin my pamper nights with a yoga session. Nothing clears my mind quite like yoga. It’s though I literally can feel the stress melting out of my bones and muscles with each exhale. I highly suggest incorporating yoga into your routine if you don’t already, especially on nights like these. The soothing and inviting nature of a hot bubble bath is only magnified when you’re body is at a total state of relaxation. So, for the full effect…begin your night with a yoga, or deep breathing and stretching.
